Our story
Rogue Development Group grew out of a simple idea: take the neighborhood bar & grille — the kind of place with a regulars' corner, a kitchen that runs late, and a staff that knows your order — and run several of them well instead of one place trying to be everything. Starting from Town Tavern's flagship location in Green, Ohio, the group has grown into a family of 6 distinct brands across Summit, Medina, and Portage counties, each led day-to-day by its own ownership and management team.
We're headquartered in Copley, Ohio, and every brand in the group is independently operated — same late-night hours, same scratch-kitchen approach, same commitment to being a fixture in its own neighborhood.
